  • Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays I’m in office from 9am to 6pm.

  • Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length, though initial assessments may be longer.


  • Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Tennessee and California.


  • The initial session focuses on understanding your needs, history, and goals for therapy. We'll discuss your concerns, complete necessary paperwork, and develop a preliminary treatment plan.


  • I currently operate as a private pay practice and do not directly bill insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.


  • Please contact me directly for current session rates. Fees are discussed before our first appointment so there are no surprises.


  • Yes, I offer sliding scale fees for clients experiencing financial hardship. We can discuss your specific situation to determine appropriate fee arrangements.


  • I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and electronic payments through secure platforms.


  • The length of therapy varies greatly depending on your specific needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term work (8-12 sessions), while others find longer-term therapy more beneficial. We'll regularly evaluate your progress and adjust as needed.


  • You can schedule an appointment through the contact form on this website, by email, or by phone. I'll respond within 24-48 business hours.


  • Prior to our first session, you'll need to complete intake forms that include personal information, consent for treatment, privacy policies, and a brief history of your concerns.
